Opened and fully operational since the summer of 2007, Tiger Suites is a condo hotel with 73 fully furnished and equipped 1 and 2 bedroom suites. As a condo hotel, the suites are available for sales and for rent, combining the investment potential of rent revenue and appreciation with the services of a fine hotel.

Like any condo, owners can use their suite whenever they like, however, they also have the opportunity to place their suite into the organized rental pool whenever they’re not. University Housing Group of Auburn (334-887-0001) is managing the sales of condos.

Like any hotel, there is an on-site management company to handle all the hotel services, maintenance and rental program. Pine Force Inc. (334-466-5348) professionally manages the rental program, day-to-day operations, and the Home Owners’ Association.
